Coverage

9 salons with a usable price, out of 60 we found in Singapore. That 60 is our own count from searching, a floor and not an official figure. We read 20 of them. A business counts once, not once per outlet or per lane.

When we stopped

Discovery paused on 23 Sep 2026, after three search batches and two browser-agent passes. Both wax lanes have nine clean prices and both laser lanes four; the last wax-only batch of ten leads added two. The 40 businesses we found but have not read yet are listed in the directory below, so this comparison can be extended.

23 Sep 2026. Every price was read from the salon's own website, price list or product page, either directly or through a browser agent for pages our own tools couldn't reach. This comparison says "read from each salon's own page", not "checked by hand".

What "comparable enough" means here

We compare prices that are comparable enough for a fair reading, not strictly identical. There are four standard items, each on its own ladder: one Brazilian wax, one full leg wax, one Brazilian laser or IPL session and one full leg laser or IPL session, each at the regular price for women.

• A "Brazilian" isn't one thing. Salons sell several styles under that heading, from a bikini-line tidy-up to everything. We rank the cheapest style whose own description covers the front, labia and back, and list the other styles in the small print.
• Where a salon sells more than one wax type for the same area (standard, premium, hard wax, or sugar wax), the cheapest is ranked and the rest are disclosed.
• Sugaring is a technique variant of waxing, not a different service. Sugar(ed), which only sugars, is ranked in both wax lanes and tagged. Without it the middle Brazilian price would be S$61.50 rather than S$63.
• Laser, IPL, SHR, DPL and similar light treatments share one lane per area. We rank the salon's cheapest one.
• Half legs, upper or lower legs alone, and men's prices are in the small print, never on the ladder.
• Where a salon only publishes a full leg as two halves, we add the two published halves together and mark the result as worked out. We check the salon's own menu first to make sure a full leg really is its two halves there.
• A sale price with no end date is ranked as the price a customer pays today, tagged, with the struck-through price shown beside it.
• GST is shown as each salon states it. Only three ranked salons state anything, and no figure was adjusted either way.
• A "usual price" printed beside a promotion is checked against the salon's regular price list. Where they differ, the regular list is used and the difference shown.

What isn't compared, and why

• Trials and first-timer prices. Shown in the deals table, never ranked and never divided into a per-visit price.
• Packages and bundles. A course of sessions, or several areas in one visit, isn't one visit. Also in the deals table.
• Skin bleaching and whitening. Some salons list these under the same area names ("Brazilian", "Full Leg"). They aren't hair removal and are left out entirely.
• Men-only salons. The standard items are the regular prices for women; men's prices are disclosed in the small print instead.
• Prices that don't add up. Pink Parlour publishes laser prices with no session basis, and its full leg costs about 1.8 times its own upper and lower legs combined. Both laser prices are held back until the basis is clear.
• Out-of-date pages. Honeypot's prices come from pages last modified in Dec 2023 and Apr 2024. We don't rank a price whose page is more than about two years old.
• Salons that publish no area price. EstheClinic and SkinLab both start with a consultation or a bundled first-timer offer. Named in the directory with the page we checked.
• Prices shown only elsewhere. Third-party guides, directories and booking platforms aren't used. In this vertical they disagreed with each other and with the salons' own pages again and again.

Where the prices come from
